FFC 29: Hrvoje Sep post-fight interview: “I should be happy, but I’m not”

FFC 29 Ljubljana featured a boxing match between Croatian Olympic boxer Hrvoje Sep and Serbia’s Milan Petrović.  It took only 40 seconds for Hrvoje Sep to finish his opponent and start his professional career with an impressive KO.

“You have to be happy if you win via first round KO, but I’m not happy at all. My opponent gave up after the first big shot and I’m sorry. I wanted it to be a real war in the ring. I wanted my pro debut to be attractive. I don’t blame him. My first couple of opponents cancelled, he stepped up on short notice and I’m sorry we did not deliver a better match,” said Sep.

“We already talked to the FFC and we will continue to cooperate. I hope I will fight in the FFC in the future as well.”
