Leading regional fighting sports organization is about to launch its new season with a truly spectacular event in Athens, Greece, on February 19. Except the fact that it will be FFC’s first event in Greece, FFC announced some big surprises in its roster as well.
After a brief holiday break, FFC started working on its new season and, as announced, this year this leading regional fighting sports organization is to combine events in Europe and in the United States. In addition, FFC already announced some reinforcements in its ‘roster’ such as Hesdy Gerges and Robin van Roosmalen who is to make his MMA debut in Athens!
FFC 22 will thus be held on February 19 in the beautiful new Faliro Olympic Indoor Hall, built on the occasion of the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004. Together with some famous names of regional, Greek and international scene, the biggest star of the event will definitely be Glory’s lightweight champion Robin van Roosmalen who will make his MMA debut. The Dutch fighter got numerous offers from different big fighting sports promotion, however, he decided to fight in the FFC. The reason behind that lies in the fact that he was impressed with everything this rising promotion accomplished in last three years but another appeal of this organization are surely the plans that are yet to follow.
