Wolf after brutal KO: I feel sorry for Saša, I’m actually a good guy!

At the FFC 13 that took place Friday in Zadar, Ruben Wolf defeated Sasa Milinkovic and improved his status after his first match in FFC in which he was defeated by Ante Delija last month.

The match in Zadar did not start all that well for him since Sasa Milinkovic managed to throw him on the ground which is not his expertise. However “The Viking” managed to make it thought the first round without too much damage suffered. The second round seemed like a bout of a two completely different fighters. Milinkovic lost his strength completely while Wolf seemed to be full of energy, as if the match merely started. It all resulted in a sloppy attempt of a throw down by Sasa Milinkovic which Wolf used to land a soccer kick and brutally knock him out. Luckily, Sasa is doing well and he is already making plans for a new match.

It was quite obvious how much the victory meant to Ruben Wolf since he was shaking after the match. “I am happy I won. It means a lot to me, because, yes… It means I’m staying with the FFC. But I’m sorry it turned that way with Sasa. When I kicked him, he stood on his knees for a couple of seconds, he did not fall immediately. I had time to land another kick, but I saw he was going down. Actually, I’m a good guy. But I feel sorry for Sasa. I hope FFC will now give me a chance for a rematch with Delija.”

It is still not known whether his rematch with Delija is about to happen, but it is clear that this German fighter will stay in the FFC roster. Especially after such a KO.
