Šikić to Norman Parke: ‘I will teach you on 28 September why you never deserved to fight in the UFC anyway’

Last week former UFC fighter Norman Parke in his interview with GNP announced his FFC debut in Linz, Austria, this fall. He also revealed he is to fight versus undefeated Croatia’s fighter Vlado Šikić.

FFC President Orsat Zovko also made a statement and confirmed FFC is negotiating with Parke, but he denied the fact that his opponent was supposed to be Vlado ‘Sunshine’ Šikić.

However, it seems that the Croatian fighter who failed to participate in The Ultimate Fighter because of an injury does not seem to mind fighting with Parke.

“Some Normal ‘stormy Boy’ Parke who the UFC couldn’t wait to cut off, is calling me out. You are a warm up fight for me fool, the output in your fights is so low that i dont know if your a frequent or a power puncher, but don’t worry I will teach you on 28 september why you never deserved to fight there anyway,” said Šikić to Fight Site.

It would be Šikić’s first fight since the TUF qualifications in 2015. His match prior to that took place in 2014 when he defeated Marco Groh. After that Šikić had to undergo a shoulder surgery, but it seems he will be ready for his FFC debut in September.
