Poturak to end his career at FFC in Sarajevo!

The best Bosnian kickboxer Dzevad Poturak has decided to finish his career. "BH Machine's" seventy-fifth, last appearance, will take place at FFC 7 in Sarajevo in September in front of his hometown crowd.

The thirty-five year old Poturak has a record of 50 wins (30 KOs) and 22 losses, 1 undecided and 1 no contest. He's beaten some of the world's best, including Melvin Manhoef, Daniel Ghita and Jorgen Kruth. He's been in the ring with great names like Alistair Overeem and Alexey Ignashov.

Last March, Poturak participated in the K-1 World Grand Prix in Zagreb. First he defeated Sergei Lascenko in a reserve bout, and entered the tournament in the semifinals where he lost to Ismael Londt. Last Friday he fought at Final Fight in Porec where he was defeated by Igor Jurkovic via unanimous decision.

"BH Machine" made his retirement known on Facebook:
"I'M SAYING GOODBYE TO K-1 SPORT IN SARAJEVO…
I'LL FINISH MY CAREER IN SEPTEMBER"
