Kickboxing Stars Clash at FFC 33 Nov. 2 at Fight Dome Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV, (November 1, 2018) – The confidence levels are sky high for two experienced lightweight kickboxers preparing for battle at “FFC 33.”

Chris McMillan (37-10-0) Calgary Alberta, Canada will take on Teo Mikelic (18-6-0) Pula, Croatia in a lightweight clash on Friday, November 2nd, at Fight Dome located at Caesars Entertainment’s Rio Las Vegas.

McMillan boasts an impressive record that contains a plethora of fights and more importantly, victories. His martial arts journey began when he took his first karate class at age fourteen. Before his sixteenth birthday, he had already achieved a purple belt and then decided to take a kickboxing class. As the saying goes, the rest is history.

“The kickboxing class taught me a lot about myself and life in general,” said McMillan. “Now it’s all about chasing that feeling of getting your hand raised, which I am expecting to happen on November 2nd, and that’s enough motivation right there.”

Mikelic might not possess the extensive record that McMillan has accumulated however Mikelic does have the experience of fighting for the world’s biggest kickboxing promotions, and is considered to be a kickboxing phenom in Europe. He also has a (5-2) record fighting for the FFC.

“What makes me different is that I have an unusual style of kicking and boxing that is going to catch people’s attention, especially my opponent,” said Mikelic. “I have a big will to win and I’m going to show that at Fight Dome on Friday night.”

Final Fight Championship CEO/Founder, Orsat Zovko, weighs in on the November 2nd matchup.

“This fight here has the recipe for something spectacular,” said Zovko. “Both fighters have a history of competing in traditional martial arts like Taekwondo and Karate, which will make this fight a fun one to watch.”

As you can imagine, both fighters are thrilled about the opportunity to showcase their skills on the highest stage – The Fight Capital of the World, Las Vegas.
