Former WBC Muay Thai world champion and owner of the King of the Ring belt, Ivan Stanic, got a new chance to fight in front of his hometown audience after a tough defeat he suffered at FFC Futures 1 in March this year.

FFC Futures 2014 Super Finale will take place December 20 in Opatija, Croatia. There will be 10 matches with previous Futures events winners as well heavyweight MMA and K1 title fights.

However, there will also be some super-fights included in the program. Last week it was announced that Dorijan Ilic, one of the biggest MMA hopes in the region according to many, is to return to the ring after a yearlong break. Nevertheless, when it comes to the super-fights, Ivan Stanic will get a new chance to prove he is back on track!

„I suffered a tough defeat, but I am as motivated as ever. I want to get back to the winning streak and I am happy I will get a chance to do it in my hometown, Opatija. Whoever my opponent will be, he can expect a real war in the ring“, said Stanic.

At the moment it is still not revealed who Ivan Stanic is to Fight in December, but the FFC leaders say they will publish the information very soon.

The tickets for the FFC Futures 2014 Super Finale are now available at the super price of 50 HRK via Eventim. From December 1 the tickets will cost 70 HRK.
