Even the most demanding fighting sports fans were more than delighted with the FFC 22 that took place on Friday in Athens, Greece. The media praised the Croatian promotion right after the post-fight press conference, and FightLife.gr is just one of the portals that had only best words for the FFC, its production and fight card.
„Not only do we want FFC back in Greece, we want it at least once a year. We are also more than pleased with the performance delivered by the Greek fighters who proved how good they are, especially Kakoubavas who defeated Petje and Florian Marku who proved himself against Adamovic. FFC was really amazing thing for the Greek fighting sports scene. Congratulations to Chris Papangiotou who brought this amazing organization to Athens,“ reports FightLife.gr.
“Venue almost full to the rooftop”
Other portals also praised the amazing atmosphere at Faliro Olympic Hall and especially the kickboxing part of the event.
UFight.gr reports that it was the best fighting sports event ever held in Greece without any doubt and they expressed their wishes and hopes that the FFC is soon return to their country.
They were especially amazed by Kakoubavas’ and Chiotis’ performances since they defeated Petje and Bajrovic who were also favorites.
„Despite the fact that it was the end of the week, many people came to Faliro Olympic Hall to see this unique spectacle organized for very demanding Greek audience. But what they saw was more than good. According to some sources, the FFC is very satisfied and they plan to come back to Athens. Of course, the new deal is far from final, but FFC and Papangiotou did a very good job“, reports Ufight.gr.
Even the mainstream media had only good words for the Croatian promotion and show that left its mark in Greece. Everybody hopes that the FFC could soon return to Greece, but it depends on FFC President Orsat Zovko and his future plans.
