FFC featherweight champion Filip Pejić (12-2) is soon to fight at the upcoming FFC 28 event in Athens that is to take place March 11. This former UFC fighter will move to lightweight division to lock horns with hometown hero Alex Savvidis (14-6). This match will, however, not be a title match, but it will be featuring Croatia’s best young MMA fighter and young Greek hope nicknamed “the Furious Kid” who is only 21 year old. This match will definitely rise audience to their feet and attract a lot of curious MMA fans.

Pejić is doing his preps at the American Top Team Europe where he is sparring with former European junior boxing champion and former Croatian boxing champ Dino Mansour.
