Young MMA fighter Josip Artukovic will seek his first FFC victory at FFC 11 after his defeat in his FFC debut match.

Arti had his first FFC match in Slovenia at FFC 9 where he lost to Mattia Schiavolini from Italy after which this fighter from Ljubuski defeated Alexei Martynov in Russia by submission in the first round.

What does this first match after the defeat at FFC 9 mean to you?

"I didn't even get to warm up back then when it was suddenly over, so I did not show anything. I made a mistake. I tried to control something I shouldn't have. I should have pulled out, but I made a mistake. I paid for it and I move on."

Your next opponent will be Marko Drmonjic from Slovenian WFC organization. Are you familiar with his style?

"I checked out a couple of his fights. He's a good fighter, we will see."

You recently had a match in Russia where you scored a victory. Did you manage to recover properly from the preparations and the match itself?

"The match in Russia was exactly a month ago. I didn't suffer any injuries and I should be prepared. The match in Russia turned out better than I expected."

You are working on a new Arti FC tournament. Is it hard for you to do that and prepare for the match at the same time?

"Prepare? I don't have any time to prepare; I have so much work with the tournament. I will try to play on freshness card in this match."

What can we expect in Osijek?

"You can expect that the match will be ended, either by Josip or by me. Somebody will stay there lying on the mat."
